Title		Automated Energy Conservation for the Home

Abstract		The world’s resources are finite and at the same time our demand for them is infinite. Energy conservation is at the forefront of today’s technological revolution and is one problem in which everyone can participate to help solve. Many household appliances can be considered “dumb”; they stay on even when they are not in use. Our system will add “intelligence” to these appliances, save energy, and save the home owner money on their electricity bill.
